Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your items to be produced and shipped.
During peak times, processing times may be extended.
If you require expedited production for a special occasion, please contact us to discuss options before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Timeframe
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging with labels/tags attached.
- Unworn, unwashed, and unmarked.
- Free from perfume, makeup, smoke, and pet hair.
Procedure
Please include a note with the relevant information; order number, full name, and details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
For international returns, clearly state on the customs form that the parcel is a return.
Important Notes
Personalised items are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude original shipping costs.
If you request an exchange, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Returns received after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Processing Times
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
Shipping Responsibility
We recommend using tracked shipping and obtaining proof of postage to ensure your parcel reaches us.
Stay Fly UK is not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
